Jack’s Supermarket Charity Scheme

Launched in 2018, Jack’s Supermarket Charity Scheme is operated by Jack’s Supermarkets, part of the Tesco family. Named after Tesco founder Jack Cohen, Jack’s Supermarkets are seen as a cut price alternative to Tesco, but with products of the same quality.

Since Jack’s launch in 2018 the sub-company of Tesco has continued to grow. Jack’s now has a retail estate of 12 stores with many more in the pipline.

Jack’s Supermarket Charity Scheme

Known as ‘Jack’s Supports’ is open to applicable good causes within a five mile radius on a Jack’s supermarket. Each quarter each Jack’s store picks four good causes to be shortlisted. Each of the four short listed good causes will then receive £250 each.

Voting then opens for the winning cause in store. The winning cause will receive the funds raised in store from bag sales for a three month period with a minimum donation of £500 guaranteed.
