I currently volunteer for two amazing charities: Magpas Air Ambulance and The Acorn Cancer Support Group . If you have the time, and the health, I think it is important to give back to your local community. Be that helping a charity, keeping the neighbourhood clean or any other activity that helps benefit where you live.
You never know when your health might change or when you might need to rely more upon others, so while you can, do what you can to help.
